A. Robert
A. Robert Champagne has 68 parcels stretching from the Marne Valley to the Côte des Blancs. Many of the plots have Premier Cru status. From Fossoy to Vertus, they cultivate, nurture and love each terroir. Each place has its own character, its own identity, its own singularity.
When composing the blend, harmony and balance are sought - for this they use their large collection of reserve wines, which have also been aged in oak casks. From there the wine becomes Champagne. However, they have to be patient; the bottles must age - sometimes for more than 10 years. Only when time has done its work is it time to wake up the champagne to make it ready to share.

Behind Blanc de Blanc champagne
Blanc de Blancs means, translated from French, white on the white (green grapes).
Of course, you make white wine from green grapes, but in the vast majority of Champagnes, you mainly use blue grapes to make Champagne, so when the producers choose to make a Champagne from only the permitted green grape Chardonnay, you call it a Blanc de Blancs Champagne.

Bollinger
Champagne Bollinger is one of the most respected landmarks of quality and luxury, and the house's track record for consistent top quality is second to none. Bollinger is the foremost exponent of the Pinot Noir grape in Champagne. Most of the house's wines contain about 2/3 Pinot Noir, and therefore the Bollinger wines are stronger than most other Champagnes. The proportion of grapes from Bollinger's own 1st Cru and Grand Cru fields is extremely high in the wines.
