Veuve Clicquot RICH has a beautiful light yellow color. It is semi-sweet with a touch of citrus, ripe apples and honey and appears soft and very delicate in the mouth. As one of the few champagnes, it is fantastic for making cocktails.
The large concentration of Meunier (40%) gives the champagne fresh and fruity notes, while Pinot Noir (45%) and Chardonnay (15%) provide balance. 25-23% of the grapes are reserve and help complete the perfect blend.
The champagne has 60 grams of sugar per Liter, which compliments the freshness of the champagne.
RICH is created especially for cocktails (Mixology). Place ice cubes in a large glass and add one of the following ingredients: pineapple, grapefruit peel, cucumber, celery, pepper or tea. Then pour cooled RICH into the glass.
