Blinis
These blinis are handmade with high quality ingredients. The blinis dough is made with eggs, milk and flour. The dough is then cooked in a pan and cut into small circles that create beautifully golden, mini blinis. Blinis should be enjoyed warm (three minutes in a hot oven or in the toaster). They are the perfect base for all kinds of delicacies and spreads: Caviar, tzatziki, olive tapenade, ktipiti, tarama, smoked fish, fish roe, foie gras.

Petrossian Premium Vodka
This vodka was created after four years of research and remastered the family recipe that disappeared during the war. The premium vodka is the fruit of this effort. To make a good vodka, you must first have a mixture of grains, mostly barley and wheat, the composition of which is one of our production secrets. Then comes the distillation, which is carried out continuously, in columns. Several distillations are necessary to obtain the desired result, which is a pure spirit, free from particles, perfected by successive filtrations with different types of filters. Finally comes the very precise process where the distillate must be mixed with water - which comes from the purest northern European sources.

Black Truffle Vodka
Black truffle vodka is a French hand-made vodka with truffle added. It is made by distilling wheat and rye, which is then flavored with black truffle Tuber Melanosporum at 5% through a slow maturation process. On sampling, this Black Truffle Vodka has good length in the mouth, with the characteristic woody and vegetal flavors of truffle complimenting the natural vodka aromas. It should be enjoyed chilled and goes well with caviar, salmon or foie gras.

Caviar & Truffle is the latest innovation from Maison Petrossian, and stems from the desire to combine two flagship products. Caviar & Truffle pleasantly surprises in the mouth with a beautiful interplay of textures between the melting grains of Caviar and the crispy truffle chips. This Caviar first shows notes of iodine before revealing delicate vegetal aromas of truffle.
Consists of 95% Caviar and 5% black truffle Tuber Melanosporum.

Experience summer truffle stringozzi. Stringozzi (or strangozzi) are a variety of long, rectangular pasta that is particularly popular in the Umbria region of Italy. This stringozzi contains 1% summer truffle. We recommend boiling them for 12 minutes in salted boiling water before serving with butter and parmesan.

Fresh Egg Fettuccine is a Petrossian must-have. Made according to Italian traditions, they are made with fresh eggs from free-range chickens and wheat from the Fermo region in central Italy.
