Age limit for purchasing alcohol
You must be 18 years of age to purchase products with more than 16.5% alcohol. However, you must be 16 years of age to purchase products with an alcohol percentage of less than 16.5%.
Payment
When you order on our webshop, you can choose to pay with a payment card. VisaDankort, VisaElectron, MasterCard MasteCard Debit, Maestro, American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay and MobilePay. We do not charge card fees. Here, payment is made securely via Quickpay, which encrypts all data. All payments go through 3D Secure, which ensures that the card used belongs to the owner. You will receive an SMS from Nets with a code that you must enter in the payment window to complete the payment. We only withdraw the money from the customer's card when we have delivered or shipped the order.
When picking up at our store, which is located at Gothersgade 135, kld mf, 1123 Copenhagen K, we accept payment via credit card via our payment terminal, Mobilepay and cash.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until we withdraw the amount when we ship the item.
If one of the following payment methods is used, the amount may be reserved for 7 days: VisaDankort, VisaElectron, MasterCard MasterCard Debit, Maestro, American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay.

Pick-up at our store:
If you prefer to pick up your order in our store and thus save the shipping cost, this can be done in our store located at Gothersgade 135, kld mf, 1123 Copenhagen K. Always see current opening hours here
We strive to ensure that you as a customer receive fast and safe delivery, regardless of whether you order Champagne for your own enjoyment, send a gift or have a product personalized.
We collaborate with GLS, who collects packages from us every weekday with expected delivery the next day, regardless of whether the package is going to Skagen or Copenhagen.
Day to day delivery with GLS:
• When ordering before 12:00, we aim to deliver your order the following business day.
Delivery prices for GLS deliveries:
• GLS to the nearest parcel shop
59 DKK and only 29 DKK for purchases over 1099.95 DKK
• GLS with delivery to private address
59 DKK and only 29 DKK for purchases over 1099.95 DKK
• GLS with delivery to business address

GLS information:
• For delivery on Saturdays, choose GLS to the nearest parcel shop and order no later than Friday at 12:00.
• If you want a specific delivery date, please write this to us in the comments field in the basket.
We will only withdraw the money from your account when the order has been shipped from our warehouse and the customer has received electronic Track & Trace from GLS. The package can then be tracked via the GLS Track & Trace system via the number that you receive by email and text message from GLS.
Timely delivery, however, requires that GLS adheres to day-to-day delivery. If delays occur at GLS, this will accordingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. In the case of very late deliveries (several days) or outright non-delivery, PremiumBottles will of course send a new delivery free of charge.

Same day delivery in Copenhagen:
We strive to meet you as a customer or gift sender with high service. You can therefore have your order delivered within a few hours with Bring bike courier.
All weekdays: Order before 12:00 for same-day delivery before 17:00. If you have a specific time frame for delivery, you can enter it in "Add delivery instructions" during the ordering process.

How to order a bike delivery:
1. Add product(s) to the cart, select packaging if necessary.
2. In the basket you can optionally write to and from cards.
3. Complete the age check with MitID and proceed to payment.
4. Enter the desired delivery address and select bicycle courier.
Right of complaint
When you shop at PremiumBottles.dk as a consumer, you have a 24-month right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sales Act's rules for purchases of goods. This means that you have a full right of complaint with us 24 months after your purchase.
Please note, however, that your complaint is not justified if the product has not been used correctly or with unacceptable use.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
If you find a defect or deficiency in your product, you must make a complaint and notify us of this within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. If you make a complaint within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

When you return a product, you must justify your complaint as best as possible. Include a piece of paper in the return box.
Refund
In the case of agreed decors, returned goods that are cancelled before shipment, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made. Refunds are usually always made by bank transfer, and PremiumFamily therefore needs information about the registration number and account number of your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can be provided without further ado by email or other traditional form of correspondence.
Access to complaints
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact us via E-mail kontakt@premiumbottles.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus .
In order to file a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
When you shop at an e-labelled webshop, you can have your case processed free of charge by the e-labelled - regardless of the amount. Read more here . If you reside in an EU country other than Denmark, you can complain to the EU Commission's online complaint portal here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 days from receipt of the order to notify us of your cancellation and a further 14 days to return the order to us.
If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to kontakt@premiumbottles.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You must bear the costs of returning the item and any damage to the product during return - we recommend sending it as an insured package. We recommend using GLS.

No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be undone:
Delivery of goods that are manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Delivery of alcoholic beverages where the price was set at the time of conclusion of the agreement and delivery can only take place after 30 days and where the actual value depends on market fluctuations over which the trader has no influence.
Agreements about accommodation, but not for residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental, catering or leisure activities, when the date or period has been agreed. (The latter may, for example, be courses, performances, conventions, etc.)
The condition of the item when you return it
If the product has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.
Privacy Policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number and email address.
We record and disclose the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal data is registered with PremiumFamily ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.
The data controller at premiumbottles.dk is PremiumFamily ApS.
You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. Conditions for tastings, private dining and other events
When you book tastings, Private Dining or other events, the following applies:
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which we enter into the agreement. If you wish to have the service delivered before the deadline expires, you can give your express prior consent to the delivery starting and to the deadline ending when the service has been fully delivered.
In practice, this means that your withdrawal period expires when the service has been fully delivered.
You therefore retain your right of withdrawal while the work or delivery is in progress.
If you have given your consent for the work or delivery to begin, but you still wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please be aware that we will charge a reasonable fee for the work that has already been delivered.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from the date we enter into the agreement to notify us that you wish to cancel the agreement. You can send an email to kontakt@premiumbottles.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be undone:
Provision of services in the form of accommodation except for residential purposes, transport of Agreements on accommodation, except for residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental, catering or leisure activities, when the date or period has been agreed. (That is, if the date has been agreed, it cannot be cancelled).
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back.
If you have given your consent for the work or delivery to begin, but you still wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please be aware that we will charge reasonable costs for the work that has already been delivered.
1,000.00 DKK which covers purchased products.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
Cancellation
The State's cancellation conditions - Conferences and Parties
After booking a conference or party, you can cancel or reduce the number of participants according to the rules below. The supplier is entitled to compensation for those parts of the event that are not cancelled in a timely manner.
Any deposit is not refundable, but if the date is changed, it can be moved to a new date.
Valid for 2-11 guests:
Up to and including 15 calendar days before arrival, the customer can cancel the entire booked event free of charge.
10-15 days before arrival, the customer can cancel 50% of the booked event.
7-10 days before arrival, the customer can cancel 25% of the booked event
3-7 days before arrival, the customer can cancel 10% of the booked event
Right of complaint
The rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods. This means that you do not have a 2-year right of complaint.
But if you are not satisfied with the service, you can of course contact us at kontakt@premiumbottles.dk. The complaint must be submitted immediately.
Force majeure
Certain unusual circumstances may affect your willingness and ability to complete the agreement. These may include extreme weather conditions, unrest or epidemics.
If there is a force majeure situation, you will generally be able to postpone the agreement to another time. If this is not possible, you will be able to get your money back.
Please note that a recommendation from the government that you should refrain from implementing the agreement cannot be equated with a ban and is therefore not a force majeure situation.
