- 1.5oz / 50ml Belvedere Pure Vodka
- 3/4 oz / 20 ml lemon juice
- 1/2 oz / 15ml cane sugar syrup
- 1 ml. egg white
Mix all ingredients and dry shake egg white to avoid emulsification. Add ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.
