Age limit for purchasing alcohol
You must be 18 years of age before you can buy products with more than 16.5% alcohol. However, you must be 16 years of age to buy products with an alcohol content of less than 16.5%
Payment
When you order on our webshop, you can choose to pay by credit card. VisaDankort, VisaElectron, MasterCard MasteCard Debit, Maestro, American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay and MobilePay. We do not charge card fees. Here, payment is made securely via Quickpay, which encrypts all data. All payments go through 3D Secure, which ensures us that the card used belongs to the owner. You will receive an SMS from Nets with a code that you must enter in the payment window to complete the payment. We only withdraw the money from the customer's card when we have delivered or dispatched the order.
For collection in our store, located at Gothersgade 135, kld mf, 1123 København K, we accept payment via payment card via our payment terminal, Mobilepay and cash.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until we deduct the amount when we send the item.
If one of the following payment methods is used, the amount can be reserved for 7 days: VisaDankort, VisaElectron, MasterCard MasteCard Debit, Maestro, American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay.

Delivery
Pickup in our store:
If you prefer to collect your order in our store and thus save the shipping cost, this can be done Monday-Friday between 10.00-16.00. Our store is located at Gothersgade 135, kld mf, 1123 København K.
At PremiumBottles, you get your order delivered in 1-2 business days with GLS. We always strive to deliver your order quickly and efficiently, which is why we have carefully selected the best, fastest and safest delivery methods and distributors on the market to deliver your order.
We offer the following delivery methods:
GLS Package Shop:
You can choose to have your parcel delivered to a parcel shop near you. You just have to search for your postcode when ordering, after which the possible parcel shops in your local area will appear.
This delivery method costs DKK 59 and is free for purchases over DKK 950
GLS Private:
You can choose to have your package delivered to your home address with GLS. You just need to enter the address where the package is to be delivered.
This delivery method costs DKK 59 and is free for purchases over DKK 950
GLS Business:
You can choose to have your package delivered to a business address with GLS. You just need to specify the address where the package is to be delivered.

We only withdraw the money from your account when the order has been dispatched from our warehouse and the customer has received electronic Track & Trace from GLS. The package can then be followed via the GLS Track & Trace system via the number that you receive by email and SMS from GLS.
However, timely delivery requires GLS to comply with day-to-day delivery. If there are delays at GLS, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. In the event of very late (several days) or outright non-delivery deliveries, PremiumBottles will of course send a new delivery free of charge.

Right of complaint
When you shop at PremiumBottles.dk as a consumer, there is a 24-month right of complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Sales Act for the purchase of goods. This means that you have full right of complaint with us 24 months after your purchase.
Please note, however, that your complaint is not justified if the product has not been used correctly, or with unacceptable use.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
If you find an error or deficiency in your product, you must advertise and make us aware of this within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

When you return a product, you must justify your complaint as best as possible. Attach a piece of paper to the return box.
Refund
In the case of agreed decorations, returned goods that are canceled before dispatch, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made. Refunds are usually always made by bank transfer, and PremiumFamily therefore needs information about the registration number and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can be disclosed without further ado. email or other traditional form of correspondence.
Access to complaints
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us via E-mail kontakt@premiumbottles.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint portal for Nævnenes Hus .
In order to make a complaint, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed .

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 days from receipt of the order to notify us of your regret and a further 14 days to send the order back to us.
If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to kontakt@premiumbottles.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must bear the costs of the return and any damage to the product during the return - we recommend sending as an insured package. We recommend using GLS.

No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be cancelled:
Delivery of goods that have been manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
Delivery of sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Delivery of alcoholic beverages, where the price was fixed at the time of the conclusion of the agreement, and delivery can only take place after 30 days, and where the actual value depends on fluctuations in the market, over which the trader has no influence.
Agreements for accommodation, but not for residential purposes, transport of goods, car hire, catering or leisure facilities, when the date or period has been agreed. (The latter can, for example, be courses, performances, conventions, etc.)
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.
Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:

We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with PremiumFamily ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. When you order tastings, Private Dining or other events, the following applies:
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day we conclude the agreement. If you wish to have the service delivered before the deadline expires, you can give your express prior consent for the delivery to begin and for the deadline to stop when the service is fully delivered.
In practice, this means that your cancellation period expires when the service has been fully delivered.
You therefore retain your right of withdrawal while the work or delivery is in progress.
If you have given your consent for the work or the delivery to start, but you still want to use your right of withdrawal, you must be aware that we will charge a reasonable payment for the work that has already been delivered.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from when we enter into the agreement to notify us that you want to cancel the agreement. You can send an email to kontakt@premiumbottles.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be cancelled:
Delivery of services in the form of accommodation except for residential purposes, transport of Accommodation agreements, however not for residential purposes, transport of goods, car hire, catering or leisure facilities when the date or period has been agreed. (That is, once the date has been agreed, it cannot be undone).
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back.
If you have given your consent for the work or the delivery to start, but you still want to use your right of withdrawal, you must be aware that we will charge reasonable costs for the work that has already been delivered.
DKK 1,000.00 which covers purchased products.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
Cancellation
The state's cancellation conditions - Conferences and Companies
After ordering a conference or a company, you can cancel or reduce the number of participants according to the rules below. The supplier is entitled to remuneration for the parts of the event that are not canceled in time.
Any deposit is not refunded, but if the date changes, it can be moved to a new date.
Valid for 2-11 guests:
Up to and including 15 calendar days before arrival, the customer can cancel the entire ordered arrangement free of charge
10-15 days before arrival, the customer can cancel 50% of the ordered arrangement
7-10 days before arrival, the customer can cancel 25% of the ordered arrangement
3-7 days before arrival, the customer can cancel 10% of the ordered arrangement
Right of complaint
The rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods. This means that, as a rule, you do not have a 2-year right to make a complaint.
But if you are not satisfied with the service, you can of course contact us at kontakt@premiumbottles.dk. The complaint must come immediately.
Force majeure
Certain unusual circumstances may affect your willingness and ability to complete the agreement. It can, for example, be extreme weather situations, unrest or epidemics.
If it is a force majeure situation, you will generally be able to postpone the agreement to another time. If this is not possible, you will be able to get the money back.
Please note that a recommendation from the government that you should refrain from implementing the agreement cannot be equated with a ban and is therefore not a force majeure situation.
