INGREDIENTS
- 6 cl. Belvedere Single Estate Smogery Forest Vodka
- 1 White lump of sugar
- Sparkling water
- 2 ml. Angostura Bitters
COURSE OF ACTION
- Place a white sugar lump in a Rock glass.
- Pour sparkling water into the glass and stir thoroughly
- Add 2 ml. Angostura bitters and 6 cl. Belvedere Smogery Forest Vodka directly in the Rock glass.
- Add a large ice cube and stir until chilled.
- Garnish with a finger-length lemon and orange peel.
