Made for parties, haute couture and fine dining. The 2023 vintage of Château Minuty's 281 is a delicate, indulgent and bold Provence rosé that pairs particularly well with food.
Presented in a designer bottle with a striking splash of Pantone 281 blue to recall the Mediterranean, which also influences the character of the grapes, it is recommended to be served chilled, not cold, so that it can withstand strong flavor combinations.
A plot selection of Château Minuty's three main terroirs goes into this vintage, bringing lots of fresh fruit flavors with mineral and flinty notes that provide excellent structure.
The wine has been grown from a clonal selection of 25-year-old Grenache vines and influenced by Château Minuty's proximity to the sea.
Grenache (90%) is blended with 5% syrah to bring a spicy and peppery aftertaste, and the blend is rounded off with 5% roll.
The grapes are harvested by hand, after which de-stemming and crushing are followed by alcoholic fermentation at a low temperature.
Aroma: At the beginning, the nose is characterized by tropical fruits, which develop into notes of white-fleshed fruit.
Taste: Fresh and delicate on the palate, you can expect great length and excellent structure.
