Mezcal Los Danzantes Reposado 43% 70 cl.
Los Danzantes Reposado is a mezcal from Santiago Matatlán in Oaxaca. It is made from 100% agave (espadin), which is baked in an underground stone oven, crushed with a traditional, horse-drawn tahona and fermented with wild yeast before distillation in small copper stills. A short barrel aging (9 months) in 70% American and 30% French oak gives depth and hints of warm spices.
Colour: Pale golden.
Aroma: Captivating aromas of vanilla, maple syrup, cloves and baked agave.
Tasting notes: The taste is soft and round, with a discreet sweetness, coconut, vanilla and walnut.
Serving suggestion: Should be enjoyed neat.
