Bollinger's well-known Champagne style is sublimely expressed in this rich and, for a standard cuvée, astonishingly complex Champagne. The most powerful non-vintage Champagne made, which year after year is reviewed as one of the best NV champagnes.Bollinger Special Cuvée is now delivered in their famous bottle made with inspiration from a champagne bottle from 1846 from Bollinger's historic cellars in Aÿ. The bottle neck is significantly smaller than on most other champagne bottles, which makes the development of champagne more harmonious and more suitable for storage. The new bottle should be seen as another quality optimization on Bollinger's part. Bollinger is already known for making the best "standard champagne" with this Special Cuvée.

Grape variety: 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Meunier. 80% comes from Grand Cru and 1st Cru fields
