Nose: Expect aromatic finesse with notes of yellow grapefruit, white currant, blood orange and fresh berries such as raspberry.

Taste: Crisp, strong, clean and lingering on the palate, dominant flavors of tart red berries followed by notes of apricot.

Minuty Prestige first came to the world's attention more than 26 years ago when winemakers Jean-Etienne and François Matton decided to bring a signature wine, with all the hallmarks of a classic, to a wider audience of Provence rosé fans.

This particular vintage builds on the heritage, with a pronounced minerality that draws out a long-lasting finish on the palate. Powerful yet balanced, it shows exactly the kind of magic that can be achieved by using grapes harvested from some of the best Provence terroirs.

Château Minuty Prestige is made from Provence grapes that have been picked and sorted by hand.

It blends grenache (70%) for its elegant aromas and syrah (15%) for its aromatic complexity.

Cinsault (5%) is added for its liveliness, while roll (10%) – a top Provence white grape variety chosen for its earthy aromas – completes the blend.

Winemaking temperatures are carefully monitored so that they remain low enough to retain the aromatic potential of the grapes, but high enough to bring out their finesse.
