Description:
This 2023 release of Minuty M is a fabulous introduction to the region's rosés and Minuty's signature style.
Presented in a striking, shapely bottle, it is made from a blend of three grapes that all contribute to its bright intensity. Grenache – the most prominent – brings elegant aromas, cinsault gives a freshness and syrah adds complexity.
Grapes from all continental and seafront Côtes de Provence terroirs have gone into producing this outstanding vintage.
Grenache (60%), cinsault (30%) and syrah (10%) grapes are all included in the final blend.
The grapes have all been grown with HEV certification (High Environmental Value) with specific ground cover based on soil type and exposure.
Château Minuty is one of Provence's last hand-picked vineyards. This is followed by cold pressing and fermentation - without malolactic fermentation.
Aroma: Red berry notes dominate the wine's bouquet.
Palate: Crisp, juicy fruit is round and appetizing on the palate, while a hint of sweetness tempers this lively vintage.
