Description:
Cuvee Or Rose 2023 is the perfect example of an elegant, light and dry rosé that is at the top of its game. Made from 100% hand-picked grapes grown on the estate, it is renowned for showcasing Minuty's signature subtle flavors and intense aromatic profile.
Grapes are handpicked only when they are perfectly ripe and come from three main areas: Gassin with its crystalline slate; Vidauban with its deep red clay; and Ramatuelle, on sand with sea views for a light touch.
It is made from a blend of ripe, handpicked grapes from three terroirs – grenache, which accounts for 80% of the blend to intensify the body of the wine, is rounded off by syrah (10%), cinsault (5%) and tibouren (5%).
All grapes are grown with HEV (High Environmental Value) certification with specific ground cover based on soil type and exposure.
After harvesting and pressing, free-flowing wine is moved into barrels by gravity and then carefully packed before undergoing alcoholic fermentation with strict temperature control.
As with all Minuty rosé, there is no malolactic fermentation.
Aroma: Aromas of citrus and wild herbs abound.
Taste: On the palate, expect an impression of lightness with a minerality that leads to a marked freshness, enhanced by salinity.
