The combination of exquisite Chardonnay grapes and fantastic winemaking. The grapes for Blanc des millénaires are selected from just 5 communes in the Côte de Blanc. Le Mesnil-Sur-Oger for fullness and balance, Cramant for complexity, Avize for freshness and minerality, Oger for creamy fruit and weight and Vertus for its floral elegance.
Tightly packed scent of citrus and ripe lime, spring flowers and ripe peaches that slowly give way to notes of brioche and freshly baked pie crust. Great fullness in the fruit dominated flavor with fresh acidity and a chalky, penetrating finish. A Champagne that can be drunk young but will mature with grace over the next several years.

“The nose is very subtle, has glimpses of oyster shell and lemon. The palate is taut, bright, super-fresh, linear, lemony and just incredibly youthful. There is a vein of ripe, lemony freshness that pervades this wine, that sets the tone, that defines its character. This is intense, insistent, urgent, yet also gentle and smooth with very fine mousse. A wonderful and most compelling personality. Exquisite. "The 2007 Brut Blanc de Blancs Blanc des Millénaires is the seventh opus of this vintage after the 1983, 1985, 1990, 1995, 2004 and 2006 vintages. This 100% Chardonnay exhales aromas of candied lemon, lemon oil, spring flowers, ripe orchard fruits and hints of pastry.
