Noughty is the first alcohol-free sparkling wine that has both quality and transparency in mind. Both vegan, low sugar, thus low calorie, and made from 100 percent organic Chardonnay grapes grown in calcareous soil, Noughty Chardonnay exhibits a promising freshness balanced by light ripe fruit. Vinification takes place in steel tanks with minimal intervention. The alcohol is removed via vacuum distillation and a careful amount of carbonic acid is then added to the wine. The final product exhibits finesse in both aroma and taste - fresh and ripe on the nose with a light sweetness balanced by fine acidity on the palette.
