This refreshing Grauburgunder from Rheinhessen in Germany differs from St. Antony's fantastic range of quality wines on one parameter - It is alcohol-free. 0.5% vol to be exact. The minerality, acidity and fruit as you know it from St. Antony is preserved. Alcohol is often seen as the carrier of flavor in wines, but this Grauburgunder comes very close to a normal wine. Produced in a newer method where the wine's own aroma is added again after the de-alcoholization - It gives a lovely vinous character true to the grape from which the wine is made...

Fragrance : A refreshing scent.
Tasting notes : Lots of fresh fruit wrapped in harmonious and soft acidity. Almost silky smooth with a hint of fruity sweetness.
