This astonishing blend of 40 to 50 crus combines the freshness of Chardonnay with the fruitiness of Pinot Noir, resulting in a versatile and structured Rosé, characterized by notes of exotic fruits and a delicate palate experience en bouche.
Did you know? In 1764, Maison Ruinart released its first rosé champagne and it was dubbed " oeuil de perdrix or partridge's eye " because of its color: a delicate pink color with copper nuances.
Second Skin:
Ruinart has been innovative and has developed this beautiful white sustainable packaging, which should work instead of a gift box. It also maintains the temperature, i.e. when the bottle is taken out of the fridge, Second Skin will keep champagne cold for up to an hour.
Second Skin is produced from sustainably grown trees and contains no plastic.

45% Chardonnay, 43% Pinot Noir vinified as white and 12% Pinot Noir.
Color:
Shades of coral and rosewood are reflected in the color of this rosé champagne.
Nose:
First nose: intense aromas of exotic fruits emerge at the start: pomegranate, lychee and guava, supported by floral essences of damask rose and freshly picked red fruit.

Mouthfeel:
Simplicity and complexity combine in the taste of this cuvée, where freshness is combined with a fine structure and a delicate roundness. The tasting concludes with an elegant note of peppermint and pink grapefruit.
