Isfjord Single Malt whiskey is distilled at the Braunstein distillery in Denmark. Isfjord Single malt is located on ex. Oloroso Sherry casks for 8-9 years. The stay in sherry casks gives nuances of dried fruit, nuts and a pleasant sweet aftertaste. Before Isjord Single malt is bottled, it is watered down from cask strength to 42% alcohol using water from the Greenlandic icebergs at Illulissat.
