Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company's dream is to produce the world's best alcohol-free and low-alcohol sparkling beverages. Everyone deserves a good glass of bubbles! Try 'Rød' here, which is the producer's version of an organic, sparkling rosé.
Sparkling Tea Red's character:
The taste of Rød has immediate notes of red berries, hibiscus, blackberries and a balanced citrus. This is followed by a slight bitterness from bergamot oil found in Lady Gray and Earl Gray teas. The finish is semi-dry, which harmonizes beautifully with the initial berry notes. The color is pink with shades of orange
Red is made from a selection of 10 teas incl. hibiscus and white and black teas.
The secret behind the unique taste lies in the selection as well as the precise times and temperatures during production. Each batch of Sparkling Tea is therefore brewed by hand by the founders themselves, Jacob and Bo, to ensure high quality with each production.
The pressure in a bottle of Sparkling Tea is 5-5.5 bar, which complements the nuances of the taste and creates a soft and encouraging sensation. The bottles are allowed to rest for 8-12 weeks to achieve the highest degree of complexity in the taste before finally being released for sale.
What is Sparkling Tea Red suitable for?
Red is the perfect aperitif to enjoy in the sun and is great to both start and end a meal. It goes particularly well with seafood or desserts with berries.
