Description:
Krug Rosé 28th Edition was composed around the harvest of 2016. The wide palette of elegant notes in Krug Rosé 28th Edition is born from a selection of 32 wines from 6 different years, the youngest from 2016 and the oldest from 2010. 10% traditionally macerated Pinot Noir from plots in Aÿ and Mareuil sur Aÿ, providing structure, color and spice. Its final composition is 58% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 17% Meunier. In total, reserve wines from the house's extensive library made up 38% of the final blend. It developed its expression and elegance after a stay of 6 years in the cellars. Like all Krug champagnes, Krug Rosé 28th Edition will continue to win over time.
