Brut Rosé is a non-vintage Champagne - i.e. the wine is made from a combination of several vintages. All three grape varieties used in Champagne are represented in the wine: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir from some of the best vineyards in the area. The red grapes are vinified as red wine and blended with Chardonnay before the wine is bottled and aged for approx. three years.

Light pink with golden reflections, restrained bubbles and a rich mousse. Discreet aroma of red berries and citrus peel. The taste is light, elegant and fresh with notes of ripe raspberries, wild strawberries, currants and a little citrus. Drink this Champagne as an aperitif or with boiled salmon, sushi or not too sweet desserts with fresh fruit.
