Moët & Chandon ICE Impérial Rosé must, despite tradition, be served over ice, and thus Moët & Chandon is doing away with the classic champagne experience as we know it. The refreshing rosé champagne is the first and only rosé champagne specially developed to be enjoyed over ice.
Aroma and taste: The champagne has a sweet and fresh bouquet with notes of red berries, nuances of summer fruits such as figs and nectarines, and an undertone of grenadine. The champagne's sweet taste of berries develops and becomes lighter in the glass, while a harmonious balance of fruitiness and freshness emerges. The taste ends with a delicious note of pink grapefruit. When the champagne is served in large wine glasses with ice, the very special taste and summery bouquet are enhanced.
Grapes: 45-55% Pinot Noir of which 10% red wine, 35-45% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay.
