For those who have never tried Caviar and are now finally ready to discover it, we always recommend Imperial Selection. Our most popular variety is a cross between the sturgeon species "Acipenser Schrenckii" and "Huso Dauricus" and rightly enjoys a fantastic reputation among chefs.
A medium to large grain with a more robust texture creates the framework for a rich and creamy Caviar with a long finish. The firmer structure of the caviar gives a pop and melts gently on the tongue releasing delicate nutty notes that you simply can't get enough of.
