In addition, a good bottle of Pinot Noir red wine 2020 vintage from the same winery, Cloudy Bay. It has a fine balance between acid and tannins and a well-rounded, long aftertaste. Great for the main course. The champagne is matched with the classic Brut Champagne from Ruinart, namely R de Ruinart. A dry, fragrant and flavorful Champagne, which should be enjoyed as it is at a temperature of approx. 8 degrees. If you also want a Champagne for dessert, we recommend buying Veuve Clicquot Demi-sec 75 cl.
