Anchorage's Brut Premier Cru has a beautiful golden hue with beautiful amber reflections. It is elegant and delicate. The champagne opens with notes of ripe yellow fruits and ends with lightly toasted notes of shortcrust pastry. You will appreciate it for its immediacy and the taste reveals a balanced ripeness.
It is made from a blend of 60% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir – 40% of the champagne is made from reserve wine from the two previous vintages.
