Brut Réserve is a non-vintage Champagne - meaning that the wine is made from several vintages, in this case three different ones. The three dominant grape varieties in Champagne are all included in the wine: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from some of the best vineyards in the area.
To ensure freshness and intense aromas, the Champagne is vinified at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks before being blended, bottled and aged for approx. three years. Straw-golden wine with delicate bubbles and a rich mousse. The aroma is both fresh and ripe with nuances of white flowers and juicy pears, apples and peaches and a touch of citrus. Fresh and full-bodied taste. Perfect as an aperitif, but also suitable for many types of dishes with fish, shellfish and white meat.
The champagne is vinified at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
